The Florida Statutes require that the personal representative and the formal administration probate hire an attorney to help them with it. The Florida Statutes do not require the personal representative and a summary administration probate to hire an attorney, but a lot of the county clerks require that, so sometimes it’s a good idea to hire one anyway.
