Yes, if create a revocable willing trust, you should still do a will. That will is called a Pour-Over will. It is just in case there are any assets in your individual name when you pass away that have to go through probate. The Pour-Over will, will direct for any probate assets to be put into the trust, to be governed by the distribution terms of your trust.
