If a nursing home patient in Florida is being neglected, there administrative and civil remedies. A nursing home patient has a bill of rights under the Florida statues and they have certain rights under that bill of rights. Some of those rights are to have receive quality care, to have their voice be heard, to be able to receive access to the records, and to receive visitation from their family members.
