The right time to begin a estate planning is right now. As soon as somebody turns the age of 18, then they need to get that estate plan in place. Most people think it’s not necessary until they get older and they actually need the estate plan so it’s very important to plan ahead. A good component of a complete estate plan is not just the will but also the advance directives including the durable power of attorney, the healthcare surrogate, the living will, the HIPA or general medical release and also the designation of pre-need guardian.
