Why should I make a living trust?

One of the advantages of having a living trust is it is something that does not have to go through probate. It protects you while you’re alive and if you become incapacitated. Also, it protects your beneficiary. If your beneficiaries have any type of legal judgments or liens against them, this will protect their inheritance.
