A creditor has filed a creditor’s claim. What do I do now?

If the claim is legitimate, go ahead and pay it, but make sure you get a satisfaction from the creditor to file with the court. If it is objectionable, then go ahead and object to it, and then try to see if it can either be compromised or be prepared to defend the claim.
