May Open House: Legal Planning & Review Process

You are invited to a lunch workshop!

 

Please join us on May 28 at 11:00 a.m. for our lunch workshop, Legal Planning & Review Process, at the learning facilities at Haven Hospice, located at 741 Blanding Boulevard, Orange Park, FL (across from Clay Electric and St. Giles Presbyterian Church). This is a comfortable and beautiful new facility in Clay County. This informal, consumer-friendly presentation will include a complimentary catered lunch provided by 4Rivers Smokehouse.

 

We will inform you about the steps for 2015 legal planning review and design in Florida.  This presentation includes a discussion of Last Will and Testament Considerations, Trust Planning Considerations, Long-term Care Planning, and Special Needs Trusts Planning.
