Usually a challenge is brought in probate court and it could be on grounds of fraud, undue influence, lack of capacity, lack of compliance with formalities, mistake, and other equitable defenses to the will. Usually this will be brought by a family member who is disgruntled so be very careful in the drafting of your will and anticipate potential challenges in advance.
