You may certainly do that. Aside from minimal protection for minor children with regard to homestead, you have complete authority over how you make your will. I would be very clear as to what you’re doing if you’re truly disinheriting a child, you don’t have to do it in a malicious way but you do have to be clear about what your intentions are.
