As we’ve been talking about how much we enjoy having an office in the Julington Creek community, one thing we’ve discussed a great deal is how fortunate we are to serve so many clients at this location from numerous neighborhoods nearby in Duval and St. Johns counties.
Situated just south of Mandarin in St. Johns County, Julington Creek Plantation is a beautiful area with many residential neighborhoods, businesses, and natural attractions.
This bustling area is rich in history. In 1767, “Francis Levett, Sr., acquired a 10,000-acre estate on what is now Julington Creek that he named Julianton Plantation in honor of his wife, Julia Levett,” according to the Florida History Online website.
Our Julington Creek office is located on State Road 13, has a Jacksonville address of 12627 San Jose Boulevard, Suite 102-A, and is on the north side of this thriving community in Duval County. Due to its central location, we find that this location is a good place to meet with clients from Mandarin, Beauclerc, San Jose, Miramar, San Marco, Baymeadows, Deerwood, Southside, St. Johns, Fruit Cove, Bayard, Orangedale, Switzerland, Fruit Cove, and World Golf Village.
