March Lunch Workshop: LEGAL ISSUES AFFECTING RETIREES TODAY

LEGAL ISSUES AFFECTING RETIREES TODAY

You are invited to a lunch workshop!

Attorneys Grady H. Williams, Jr., LL.M. and Alison E. Hickman successfully presented the above presentation to attendees of the first ever Retirement Convention, co-sponsored by Stratton & Company and The Florida Times-Union, held last weekend at the University of North Florida. They have customized this presentation for their own clients and referral event attendees, and will be presenting the updated presentation on Wednesday, March 18, 2015 and Thursday, March 19, 2015, with each session to be held at the community conference and learning facilities at Haven Hospice, located at 741 Blanding Boulevard, Orange Park, FL (across from Clay Electric and St. Giles Presbyterian Church). This is a comfortable and beautiful new facility in Clay County. We will begin each session at 11 a.m. with this informal, consumer friendly presentation, which will include a complimentary catered lunch provided by 4Rivers Smokehouse.

This presentation includes discussion regarding current legal issues affecting your Florida home, asset preservation planning from long-term care costs, legal planning with wills and trusts, and the importance of lifetime legal planning while you have legal capacity to do so. We will inform you how to easily follow up and personalize legal planning for you, your family or loved ones, by implementing a new 2015 legal planning review and design, or by scheduling a needed review and update for your own existing legal planning.

Since attendance is limited for each session, we ask that you RSVP to Paula Emery of our office ASAP, either by phone to 904-264-8800, or via email to paula@floridaelder.com. Our workshops filled up very quickly last month, so please register TODAY to ensure your seat! Also, please bring your spouse, significant other, family member, or interested guest. We want to spread the word about the benefits of legal planning for your and your loved ones’ future!

Thank you in advance for your interest and attendance, and we look forward to taking your reservation and seeing you there!
