Updating Our Website, FloridaElder.com, To Better Help Clients

Marketing Manager and Executive Assistant, Paula Emery and Public Relations and Social Media Manager, Andrew P. Williams, Ph.D. (pictured at our main office, located in Kingsley Village in Orange Park) have been working on updating our website, FloridaElder.com to help us better serve clients.
These updates include: new photos of our entire team; current bios for Managing Attorney, Alison E. Hickman, J.D. and Managing Attorney, Grady H. Williams, Jr., LL.M.; more helpful information about our practice areas (Elder Law, Estate Planning, Wills & Probate, Trusts, Trust Administration, and Long-Term Care Planning); a secure portal for the transfer of documents; and interactive maps for our four locations.
Paula and Andrew coordinate our messaging, digital and print media,  events, and other communications to help raise awareness of who we are as a firm, what exactly it is that we do, and the types of services we provide. They work to help consistently improve our law office’s transparency, so a visit to our website provides useful details about situations and problems that we offer help with, as well as an understanding of the process of our providing these services.
We are constantly working to find better ways to share who we are and what we do, so we can better serve members of our community; and their family members, who often live in other states. We believe that these communication efforts help our clients prevent and solve many concerns associated with their Elder Law and Estate Planning needs.
Please visit our website to see what Paula and Andrew have been doing, and also let us know if there’s anything else we can add to better help you.
