Why Young Families Need Estate Planning

We are often asked why young families need Estate Planning. Our response is that there are numerous, important reasons why young families need Estate Planning to protect themselves, their families, and their futures.

Some of these Estate Planning considerations include: naming Beneficiaries for your assets; expressing your wishes about assets and end of life measures in a Will and Living Will; selecting a Guardian for minor children; deciding who would manage your minor children’s finances; stating what you would you want done in terms of health care and financial decisions; and choosing a Trustee and/or an Executor for your Estate.
