A Season of Giving Thanks

As we focus on gratitude this month by celebrating Thanksgiving with our families and loved ones, we want to take a moment to thank you for being clients and friends of our Law Office. We are thankful for you and the opportunity to provide Estate Planning and Elder Law services to you, and our communities, in the greater First Coast area.
We also want to use this opportunity of giving thanks to remind you that you, and your family and loved ones, will be grateful to have the peace of mind that comes from being prepared to effectively manage difficult situations when they happen. Unfortunately, they will. Accidents, injurues, illness, and death are sadly things that affect us all. As we prepare to manage these difficult parts of life, we take pressure off ourselves and others.
With the the creation of important and necessary documents, such as Health Care Surrogate and Power of Attorney, incredibly stressful situations can become more manageable and a less challenging. By being prepared, you can remove unnecessary burdens from yourself and your loved ones during critical situations. Being practical and taking appropriate actions helps protect you and your family, and you will all be grateful for making sure that your Estate Planning is thorough and current.
Our compassionate and caring Elder Law and Estate Planning Attorney is here for you and is sensitive to you and your family’s unique needs and concerns. Grady has the knowledge, experience, and empathy necessary to guide you in preparing a Will or Trust, or in legally representing you in a Probate or Trust Administration.
If you have any concerns about Wills, Trusts, Power of Attorney, Designation of Health Care Surrogate, or managing the costs of long-term care, we are here for you. With offices located in Orange Park and St. Augustine, we are here to help you and your loved ones have more peace of mind.
